To increase access to comprehensive primary and preventative care, and to improve the health status of our community, especially for the underserved and vulnerable.
About
Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Most insurances accepted and a sliding scale is offered to patients without insurance or those with a high deductible. Most staff are Spanish bilingual. We have telephonic interpreters for all languages. Our health center at the Family Partnership Center has the following services:
- Primary care/family medicine
- GYN and prenatal services
- Free pregnancy testing
- Low cost or free family planning/birth control
- Behavioral health/counseling services
- Vaccines
- STD testing
- Diabetes education/support
- Free cancer screening for those who qualify.
