Compliance

At Family Services, doing the right thing is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing safe, high-quality services and earning the trust of the people, families, employees, and communities we serve. Our Compliance Program helps us protect privacy, prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, follow the law, and make sure concerns are handled fairly and respectfully.

If you have a question or something doesn’t seem right, we encourage you to speak up. Concerns may include privacy or confidentiality, billing issues, quality or safety of services, or anything that doesn’t seem to follow the laws or Family Services policies.

You do not need to know whether a rule has been broken to report a concern. If something doesn’t feel right, we want to hear about it. Every question and concern is taken seriously and reviewed carefully. By speaking up, you help us improve our services and continue to earn the trust of those we serve.
