We are dedicated to creating community engagement that promotes mental health and wellness through partnership with human service, health care, and other community entities. The Fallkill Community Garden at the Family Partnership Center

Eden Share is transforming the Fallkill Community Garden into a collaborative model to benefit more residents of Poughkeepsie. We hope to open this redesigned space to individuals and civic/community organizations for shared gardening by July 2026.
