To increase access to comprehensive primary and preventative care, and to improve the health status of our community, especially for the underserved and vulnerable.

About

Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Most insurances accepted and a sliding scale is offered to patients without insurance or those with a high deductible.  Most staff are Spanish bilingual. We have telephonic interpreters for all languages.  Our health center at the Family Partnership Center has the following services:

• Primary care/family medicine
• GYN and prenatal services
• Free pregnancy testing
• Low cost or free family planning/birth control
• Behavioral health/counseling services
• Vaccines
• STD testing
• Diabetes education/support
• Free cancer screening for those who qualify.
