For Parents
Opportunity and Growth:
Every young person deserves the opportunity to grow into their best self: that means building resilience, confidence, and learning the tools for success. Our free program, located at the Family Partnership Center in Poughkeepsie, offers recreation and skill-development through caring mentorship and guidance.
Mental Wellness:
Each of our activities is infused with lessons about mental well-being and will encourage your teen to build new social and emotional skills that will help them advance in the world. We also provide free, confidential support sessions for teens and families from our dedicated youth social worker.
